Directions
- Spray a large crockpot with non-stick cooking spray or use a crockpot liner.
- Place diced onions in the bottom of the crockpot, then add chicken breasts on top.
- Sprinkle the au jus and ranch packets evenly over the chicken.
- Add pepperoncini peppers, place pats of butter randomly over the chicken, and pour the pepperoncini juice on top.
- Cover and cook on high for 4–5 hours or on low for 6–7 hours until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
- Shred the chicken in the crockpot and stir to combine before serving, if desired.
