Meat Lovers Pizza Tacos

Step-by-Step Instructions

Meat Base Prep
Brown your ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks until there's no pink left. Drain off the excess fat because you don't want greasy tacos. The beef needs to be completely cooked before you add everything else.

Loading Up the Flavor
Add your diced pepperoni, crumbled bacon, sliced sausage, diced bell pepper, and red onion to the cooked beef. Season everything with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook it all together for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally so the flavors blend and the vegetables soften slightly.

Tortilla Prep
Heat your oven to 350 degrees and warm the tortillas for just 2 or 3 minutes until they're soft and pliable. Don't skip this step because cold tortillas crack when you try to fold them, and nobody wants broken tacos.

Assembly Process
Spread a layer of pizza sauce on each warm tortilla - not too much or it'll make everything soggy. Divide the meat mixture evenly among all the tortillas, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese and black olives on top of each one.

Final Baking
Put the assembled tacos back in the oven for 5 to 7 minutes until the cheese is completely melted and bubbly. You want it to look like the cheese on a fresh pizza - golden and irresistible.

Serving Time
Let them rest for about a minute after they come out of the oven so the cheese sets up slightly and doesn't burn your mouth. This also helps the flavors settle together before you take that first amazing bite.
