Directions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Reduce Wine Sauce: Pour the wine and 2 tablespoons of melted butter into a 9×13-inch baking dish. Place in the oven for 10 minutes to let the sauce reduce slightly.
  3. Prepare Shrimp: In a mixing bowl, combine the remaining melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Add the shrimp and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Make Topping: In a separate bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and the remaining 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Mix well.
  5. Assemble: Remove the baking dish from the oven and spread the shrimp in a single layer. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the shrimp.
  6. Bake: Bake for 12 minutes, until the shrimp are opaque but still pink.
  7. Broil for Crispiness: Optional: broil on high for up to 2 minutes to brown the topping. Watch closely to prevent burning.
  8. Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately. Enjoy!
