Instructions
- Preheat oven. Set oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wrap smokies. Take a half-slice of bacon and wrap it around each little smokie. Secure with a toothpick.
- Coat with brown sugar. Roll each bacon-wrapped smokie in brown sugar, pressing gently so it sticks.
- Bake. Place smokies on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway through, until bacon is crisp and caramelized.
- Serve. Let cool slightly before serving. These are perfect straight from the oven!
