Little Smokies Wrapped in Bacon with Brown Sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven. Set oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wrap smokies. Take a half-slice of bacon and wrap it around each little smokie. Secure with a toothpick.
  3. Coat with brown sugar. Roll each bacon-wrapped smokie in brown sugar, pressing gently so it sticks.
  4. Bake. Place smokies on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway through, until bacon is crisp and caramelized.
  5. Serve. Let cool slightly before serving. These are perfect straight from the oven!
