Step 1: Season the Chicken
Pat the chicken dry and season both sides with salt, black pepper, paprika, and oregano.
Step 2: Sear the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

Lower the heat to medium. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Be careful not to burn it.
Step 4: Build the Sauce
Pour in the chicken broth, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Stir well, scraping up any browned bits from the pan.
Step 5: Simmer the Chicken
Return the chicken to the skillet. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 8–10 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
Step 6: Finish with Butter
Stir in the butter and let it melt into the sauce, creating a silky finish. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
