Instructions
- Chop the Oreo cookies finely and mix with melted butter. Press into an ungreased 9x13-inch baking dish. Chill.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip and spread over crust. Chill.
- Whisk chocolate instant pudding with heavy cream until thickened. Fold in Cool Whip and spread over cheesecake layer. Chill.
- Beat heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and chopped Oreos until stiff peaks form. Spread over chocolate mousse layer and sprinkle remaining Oreos on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight before serving.
