KFC-Style Creamy Coleslaw (Copycat Recipe)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, carrot, and chopped onion. Toss well and set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, milk, buttermilk, sugar, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and mix until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4–5 hours. For the best flavor and authentic KFC taste, chill overnight.
  5. Stir once before serving. Serve cold.
