Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1/2 cup (115 g / 4 oz) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups (150 g / 5.3 oz) almond flour
  • 1/4 cup (30 g / 1 oz) confectioners Swerve or monk fruit sweetener

For the Cheesecake Layer:

  • 225 g / 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 2–3 tablespoons (15–20 g) confectioners Swerve or monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

For the Cranberry Topping:

  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) low-carb cranberry sauce

For the Pecan Crumble Topping:

  • 1/2 cup (50 g / 1.8 oz) almond flour
