Instructions:
Boil, peel, and mash potatoes. Let cool. Mix with eggs, flour, starch, salt, and nutmeg.
Form into round dumplings. Boil in salted water until they float (10–12 mins).
For the sauce, fry bacon until crisp. Add onions and cook until golden.
Pour in cream, simmer until thickened. Season.
Pour bacon sauce over dumplings and garnish with parsley.
