• 240 ml warm milk, about 43°C (1 cup)
• 30 ml olive oil or melted butter (2 tablespoons)
Add-Ins
• 150 g sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (1½ cups / 5.3 oz)
• 2–3 fresh jalapeños, finely diced and seeds removed for mild heat (about 40 g / 1.4 oz)
Optional Topping
• 30 g extra shredded cheddar (¼ cup)
