Italian Chicken Bake Casserole

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and lightly spray a 2-quart round or 11×7-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, Italian sausage slices, spaghetti sauce, shredded mozzarella or Parmesan, cooked pasta, onion, and bell peppers. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
  3. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded pizza cheese over the top, followed by the Asiago cheese for an extra burst of flavor.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 40–45 minutes, or until the top is nicely browned and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
