Honey Glazed Salmon Bites

Instructions:

Season the salmon cubes with salt and black pepper.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the salmon cubes for 1–2 minutes on each side until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.

Lower heat to medium and add honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir and simmer for 2–3 minutes until the glaze thickens slightly.

Return the salmon bites to the skillet, toss gently to coat them with the glaze, and cook for another 1–2 minutes.

Transfer to a serving plate, garnish with fresh parsley and chives, and serve warm with lemon slices.
