Grilled Cheese Avocado Mozzarella Tomato

Directions

  1. Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place a slice of bread, buttered side down, on the skillet. Layer with shredded mozzarella, avocado slices, and tomato slices.
  4. Top with another slice of bread, buttered side up.
  5. Cook the sandwich for 2–3 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
  6. Remove from the skillet and let the sandwich rest for a minute before slicing and serving.
