Directions

  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken thighs until evenly coated.
  4. Place the chicken thighs on the preheated grill. Cook for 5–7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the juices run clear.
  5. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes to lock in the juices.
  6. Optional: drizzle with fresh lemon juice and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
