Instructions:
Combine Ingredients: In a saucepan, combine sugar, Hershey’s cocoa, butter, and evaporated milk.
Bring to a Boil: Stir the mixture continuously until it reaches a boiling point.
Simmer and Remove from Heat: Continue to stir for 7 minutes after boiling. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Pour and Set: Pour the fudge into a buttered baking dish. Let it cool and set completely before cutting into squares.
Add Nuts (Optional): For added texture, fold in chopped nuts before pouring into the baking dish.
