- 4 tablespoons low-carb powdered sweetener (erythritol)
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 400 g (14 oz) cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or paste from 1 vanilla bean

- ½ cup heavy whipping cream (100 ml)
- 2–4 tablespoons low-carb powdered sweetener (erythritol)
- 1 egg
- Pinch of salt
- 30 g (1 oz) butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup toasted shredded coconut (50 g / 1.7 oz)
- ¼ cup toasted chopped pecans or walnuts (24 g / 0.8 oz)
