Garlic Shrimp Pasta

Directions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using) and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the cooked pasta and toss it in the garlic-infused oil for 1–2 minutes to coat evenly.
  6. Return the shrimp to the skillet and gently toss with the pasta.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
