Directions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using) and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the cooked pasta and toss it in the garlic-infused oil for 1–2 minutes to coat evenly.
- Return the shrimp to the skillet and gently toss with the pasta.
- Remove from heat and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
