Garlic Parmesan Chicken Alfredo

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil for the fettuccine.
  2. Butterfly the chicken breasts to make them thinner by cutting each in half. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet over medium-high heat and quickly sear the chicken on both sides. This step does not fully cook the chicken.
  4. Remove chicken from heat and brush with Garlic Parmesan Sauce. Place in an air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for about 10 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). You can also bake in the oven at the same temperature and time.
  5. While the chicken cooks, add fettuccine to the boiling water and cook until al dente.
  6. In the same skillet used for the chicken, add 2 tablespoons minced garlic over medium heat. When fragrant and golden, pour in heavy cream, stirring constantly.
  7. Add the stick of butter, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir until butter melts.
  8. Gradually stir in 1 1/4 cups shredded Parmesan cheese, continuing to stir until the sauce thickens.
  9. Add cooked fettuccine to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
  10. Remove the chicken from the air fryer and place on top of the pasta. Sprinkle additional Parmesan and parsley over the dish.
  11. Serve immediately and enjoy!
