Directions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil for the fettuccine.
- Butterfly the chicken breasts to make them thinner by cutting each in half. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet over medium-high heat and quickly sear the chicken on both sides. This step does not fully cook the chicken.
- Remove chicken from heat and brush with Garlic Parmesan Sauce. Place in an air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for about 10 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). You can also bake in the oven at the same temperature and time.
- While the chicken cooks, add fettuccine to the boiling water and cook until al dente.
- In the same skillet used for the chicken, add 2 tablespoons minced garlic over medium heat. When fragrant and golden, pour in heavy cream, stirring constantly.
- Add the stick of butter, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir until butter melts.
- Gradually stir in 1 1/4 cups shredded Parmesan cheese, continuing to stir until the sauce thickens.
- Add cooked fettuccine to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Remove the chicken from the air fryer and place on top of the pasta. Sprinkle additional Parmesan and parsley over the dish.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
