Directions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a loaf pan.
- Roll out the bread dough into a rectangle, approximately 30x20 cm (12x8 inches).
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Brush this mixture evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
- Using a sharp knife, cut the dough into small squares or strips, but do not separate them. Stack or layer the pieces slightly offset to create the pull-apart effect.
- Carefully place the prepared dough into the greased loaf pan. Cover with a clean kitchen towel and let rise for 20–30 minutes until slightly puffy.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve warm, pulling apart the pieces to enjoy the gooey, cheesy layers.
