Garlic Cheese Bread

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven, air fryer, or grill to 180°C / 350°F.
  2. Finely chop the garlic and parsley, if using, to ensure even distribution throughout the bread.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine milk cream, cream cheese, garlic, Parmesan, mozzarella, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Slice the bread about 1–2 inches apart, making sure not to cut all the way through so the loaf stays intact.
  5. Spread the cheese and garlic mixture generously between each slice, making sure it reaches the bottom.
  6. Wrap the bread in foil or leave it open depending on your preferred cooking method.
  7. Bake or grill for 10–15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the top is golden and bubbly. For extra crispiness, uncover for the last 3–5 minutes.
  8. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly before serving. Pull apart the slices and enjoy the cheesy, garlicky goodness.
