Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean and prepare the shrimp, setting them aside.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, and garlic until well combined.
  4. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper to taste and arrange them evenly in a cast-iron skillet or baking dish.
  5. Pour the butter mixture over the shrimp, ensuring they are well coated.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, adjusting the time if using smaller shrimp. The shrimp should be pink and opaque.
  7. Remove from oven, garnish with fresh chopped parsley, and serve immediately with extra lemon wedges if desired.
