• 1/2 lb smoked sausage or andouille sausage, sliced
• 1/2 head of green cabbage, roughly chopped
• 1 medium onion, diced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)
• Salt and black pepper, to taste
• 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
