Directions

- In a separate bowl, combine eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture, mixing until smooth.
- Carefully stir in the boiling water. The batter will be thin, but this ensures a super moist cake.
- Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow cakes to cool completely on a wire rack.
- Pour chocolate ganache over the cooled cakes, letting it drip naturally down the sides for a glossy finish. Spread evenly if needed.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings for an elegant touch. Slice and serve!
