Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, shredded cheddar cheese, and corn muffin mix.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together melted butter, milk, eggs, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the corn mixture and stir until fully combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set in the center.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
