Dorito Chicken Bake

Directions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
  2. Mix Chicken Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, green chilies, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream. Stir until well blended.
  3. Layer Tortillas: In a 9×13-inch baking dish, layer 4–5 tortillas on the bottom, slightly overlapping.
  4. Add Filling: Spread half of the chicken mixture evenly over the tortillas.
  5. Add Cheese: Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheese over the chicken layer.
  6. Repeat Layers: Add another layer of tortillas, then the remaining chicken mixture, and top with the second cup of shredded cheese.
  7. Add Doritos: Sprinkle crushed Doritos evenly over the top of the casserole.
  8. Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the Doritos are lightly browned.
  9. Serve: Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving to allow it to set slightly.
