Instructions:
1. Start by preparing your pickles. Slice each large dill pickle in half lengthwise and scoop out some of the seeds and flesh using a small spoon. This will create a perfect pocket for the creamy filling.
2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and Ranch seasoning mix. Blend them together using a spatula or a hand mixer until well combined and smooth.
3. Carefully spoon the cream cheese mixture into each halved pickle, filling them generously.
4. Once all the pickles are filled, it’s time to add that delightful crunch! Roll each stuffed pickle in breadcrumbs to coat them evenly. This will give a fantastic texture when cooked.
5. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Once heated, arrange the breaded stuffed pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
6. Air fry the stuffed pickles for about 8-10 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
7. Once cooked, carefully remove the pickles from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving. For an extra touch, sprinkle some fresh chopped herbs over the top.
8. Serve these delightful crunchy stuffed pickles warm, paired with your favorite dipping sauce, and enjoy your snack time fun!
