Crunchie Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients
For the Biscuit Base:
- 200g digestive biscuits (or your favorite plain biscuits)
- 100g unsalted butter, melted
For the Cheesecake Filling:
- 300g full-fat cream cheese
- 100g icing sugar
- 30g cocoa powder
- 200ml double cream (heavy cream)
- 3-4 Crunchie bars, roughly crushed
For the Decoration:
- 50g milk chocolate, melted
- Whipped cream
- Extra Crunchie bars, broken into pieces
- Optional: bronze sprinkles
