Crack Chicken Tenders

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Lightly grease a baking dish or line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the chicken tenderloins dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning mix, shredded cheddar, and mozzarella. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Arrange the seasoned chicken tenders in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.
  5. Spread the creamy cheese mixture evenly over each tender, ensuring they are fully coated.
  6. Sprinkle the extra shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
  8. For a crispier top, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end of baking.
  9. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  10. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
