Ingredients

  • 420 g (3½ cups) powdered sugar
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) heavy cream or milk
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract
  • 120 g (about 12 cookies / 4 oz) chocolate sandwich cookies, finely crushed

For decoration (optional):

  • Whole or halved chocolate sandwich cookies
  • Cookie crumbs
