– 1 tsp (2 g) ground cinnamon
– ¼ tsp (0.5 g) ground nutmeg

– 1 tbsp (15 ml) water

For Frying and Coating:

– Vegetable oil, for frying
– 1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar, for coating
