Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Coat the chicken pieces in the seasoned flour.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, and soy sauce. Stir until fully combined and heated through.
  4. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, tossing to coat thoroughly in the sauce.
  5. Cook for an additional 2–3 minutes, allowing the chicken to absorb the flavors.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
  7. Serve hot with steamed rice, noodles, or stir-fried vegetables.
