Directions
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch (23×33 cm) baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned and fully crumbled, about 6–8 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the sliced green bell peppers, onion, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for 4–5 minutes until the vegetables become tender and fragrant.
- Season the beef and vegetable mixture with seasoned salt and stir to combine evenly. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, Worcestershire sauce, and heavy whipping cream until smooth and lightly frothy.
- Add the cooked beef and vegetable mixture to the egg mixture and stir gently to combine.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly with a spatula.
- Arrange the provolone cheese slices evenly over the top of the casserole.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.
- Let the casserole cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
