Instructions
- Prepare the Filling
- In a large bowl, mix chicken, broccoli, 1 cup cheddar cheese, ricotta, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir until well combined.
- Fill the Shells
- Spoon the mixture evenly into each cooked shell.
- Arrange stuffed shells in a greased baking dish.
- Add Sauce & Cheese
- Pour Alfredo sauce evenly over the stuffed shells.
- Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake
- Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve
- Garnish with fresh parsley or extra Parmesan.
- Serve warm and enjoy that cheesy, creamy goodness!
Tips
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little kick.
- You can substitute Alfredo sauce with a creamy cheese sauce or even cream of chicken soup for a shortcut.
- Make ahead: assemble the shells, cover, and refrigerate up to 24 hours before baking.
