Cheesy Chicken & Broccoli Stuffed Shells

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling
    • In a large bowl, mix chicken, broccoli, 1 cup cheddar cheese, ricotta, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
    • Stir until well combined.
  2. Fill the Shells
    • Spoon the mixture evenly into each cooked shell.
    • Arrange stuffed shells in a greased baking dish.
  3. Add Sauce & Cheese
    • Pour Alfredo sauce evenly over the stuffed shells.
    • Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of cheddar cheese on top.
  4. Bake
    • Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes.
    • Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Serve
    • Garnish with fresh parsley or extra Parmesan.
    • Serve warm and enjoy that cheesy, creamy goodness!

Tips

  • Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little kick.
  • You can substitute Alfredo sauce with a creamy cheese sauce or even cream of chicken soup for a shortcut.
  • Make ahead: assemble the shells, cover, and refrigerate up to 24 hours before baking.
