Ingredients
- 01 1 tbsp chopped parsley.
- 02 16.3 oz can of biscuit dough.
- 03 1 cup cubed cheddar cheese.
- 04 1/2 cup diced Parmesan cheese.
- 05 2 tbsp melted butter.
- 06 2 minced garlic cloves.
- 07 1 lb of ground beef.
Instructions
Step 01
Set the oven to 375°F (190°C) and let it warm up.
Step 02
In a skillet, cook the ground beef and garlic until browned. Remove any extra grease.
Step 03
Stir the cheddar and Parmesan into the beef mix to combine.
Step 04
Take a biscuit, press it flat, add the mixture, close it up, and pinch the edges together.
Step 05
Lay bombs on parchment-covered baking sheet, then coat with melted butter.
Step 06
Pop them in the oven for 12-15 mins until they look golden and crisp.
Step 07
Once done, let them cool briefly, sprinkle parsley on top, and enjoy while warm.
Notes
- Add a sprinkle of garlic powder for extra flavor.
