Cheeseburger Bombs

Directions

  1. Preheat oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. Cook the beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain any excess grease.
  3. Season and combine cheeses: Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir in the cream cheese and shredded cheddar until everything is evenly combined and melty. Remove from heat.
  4. Prepare the dough: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the individual biscuits. Flatten each into a circle, about 1/4-inch thick.
  5. Fill the biscuits: Spoon a generous amount of the beef and cheese mixture into the center of each flattened biscuit. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges tightly to seal completely.
  6. Prepare the topping: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and grated Parmesan cheese. Brush this mixture over the tops of each cheeseburger bomb.
  7. Bake: Arrange the bombs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until they’re golden brown and puffed. The aroma of garlic and Parmesan will fill your kitchen.
  8. Cool and garnish: Allow the bombs to cool for a few minutes before serving. Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley for color and freshness.
