Ingredients
For the salmon
- 2 salmon fillets (≈180–200 g / 6–7 oz each, skin-on)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (15 ml)
- 1 tbsp butter (14 g)
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
For the shrimp
- 200 g (7 oz) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp butter (14 g)
- ½ tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 clove garlic, minced (3 g)
- Squeeze of lemon juice (~1 tsp / 5 ml)
For the Cajun cream sauce
- 1 tbsp butter (14 g)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (6 g)
- 250 ml (1 cup) heavy cream
- 50 g (½ cup) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (≈5 g), for garnish
For the mashed potatoes
- 3 large potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks (~600 g)
- 3 tbsp butter (42 g)
- 80 ml (⅓ cup) warm milk or cream
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
