Cabbage and Ham Salad

Directions

  1. Prepare the cabbage. Slice the cabbage into thin strips, similar to coleslaw. Place it into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Dice the cucumbers and ham. Cut both into small, bite-sized cubes and add them to the bowl with the cabbage.
  3. Make the dressing. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise with lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Combine everything. Pour the dressing over the cabbage, cucumber, and ham, and toss gently until all ingredients are well coated.
  5. Serve immediately. This salad is best enjoyed fresh to preserve its crisp texture and creamy flavor.
