Big Mac French Toast

Instructions

FIRST STEP:

• Make two equal sized beef patties
• Saute in skillet to your liking

SECOND STEP:

• Cook the bacon and set to the side
• Mix together the eggs, heavy cream, milk, garlic powder, salt and pepper

THIRD STEP:

• Dip the slices of bread into the egg mixture and cook in a skillet until done and crispy on both sides
• Spread the Big Mac Sauce on the inside of the bread slices, if desired

FOURTH STEP:

• Place one cooked beef patty on each of two slices of bread
• Top with a slice of cheese, bacon and cooked onions

FIFTH STEP:

• Place another slice of cooked french toast on the top and serve.
• This can also be secured tightly and deep fried to give it a very crunchy surface.
