- Cook the Beef: Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the beef in a single layer and stir-fry 3–4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Cook the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tbsp oil. Stir-fry bell pepper, onion, and garlic 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Combine and Finish: Return beef to the skillet. Add beef broth, oyster sauce, and sugar. Stir and cook 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Season and Serve: Adjust salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
