Baked Chicken Legs (Drumsticks)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Place the chicken legs into a large mixing bowl and pour the marinade over them. Use your hands or a spoon to coat each drumstick thoroughly.
  4. Arrange the chicken legs on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each piece for even cooking.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30–40 minutes, turning halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
