- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Place the chicken legs into a large mixing bowl and pour the marinade over them. Use your hands or a spoon to coat each drumstick thoroughly.
- Arrange the chicken legs on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each piece for even cooking.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30–40 minutes, turning halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
