Directions

  3. Stir in the diced chicken, ensuring it’s evenly coated with the avocado mixture.
  4. Add the red onion, cherry tomatoes, and fresh herbs, folding gently to keep the texture light.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Adjust lemon juice if you want extra brightness.
  6. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves carefully, keeping them whole for wrapping.
  7. Spoon the avocado chicken salad into the center of each lettuce leaf.
  8. Add any optional toppings, then fold or roll the lettuce wraps and serve immediately.
