Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly spray a large oven dish with cooking spray.
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in a large pot. Drain and set aside.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until soft and fragrant.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks.
- Once the pasta is cooked and drained, return it to the pot. Add the cooked ground beef, tomato soup, mushroom soup, and milk. Stir well to combine and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared oven dish. Sprinkle the top with paprika and dried parsley.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, until the casserole is hot and bubbly. Let it cool slightly before serving.
