- 1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips (about 120 g / 4 oz)
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced into strips (about 120 g / 4 oz)
- 2 medium carrots, julienned (about 150 g / 5 oz)
- 100 g broccoli florets (about 3.5 oz / 1 cup)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce (about 45 ml / 1.5 fl oz)
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (about 15 ml / 0.5 fl oz)
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar (about 15 ml / 0.5 fl oz)
- 1 teaspoon honey (about 5 ml / 0.2 fl oz)
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional, about 1 g)
