  • ½ cup evaporated milk (120 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (28 g / 1 oz)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (2 g)
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg (0.5 g)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt (1 g)

For the Cheesecake Layer

  • 8 oz cream cheese (225 g), softened
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar (50 g / 1.8 oz)
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (2.5 ml)

Optional Garnish
