For the Alfredo Sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter (28 g / 1 oz)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced (about 9 g)
- 1 cup heavy cream (240 ml)
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese (75 g / 2.6 oz)

- ½ teaspoon black pepper (1 g)
