- 1 teaspoon (3 g) garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon (3 g) salt
For the Dry Mixture
- 1 cup (125 g / 4.4 oz) all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon (1 g) dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon (2 g) paprika
- 1 teaspoon (3 g) garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) salt
- ½ teaspoon (1 g) ground black pepper
For Frying
- 3–4 cups (700–900 ml) vegetable oil
