Ingredients

Cake Layer:

  • 1 ready-made cake (flavor of your choice)

Yellow Custard:

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 can (395 g / 14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can of milk (use the condensed milk can to measure)
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) cornstarch

Whipped Cream:

  • 4 egg whites
  • 4 tablespoons (50 g) granulated sugar
  • 1 can (240 ml) cream (whey-free if preferred)

Strawberry Filling:

  • 3 trays (approx. 450–500 g) fresh strawberries, chopped

Chocolate Topping:

  • 2 half bars (about 200 g) dark chocolate
  • 2 cans (480 ml) cream
