Ingredients

- 1 can (4 oz / 115 g) diced green chilis
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
For the Lasagna Layers:
- 9 lasagna noodles (uncooked)
- 2 cups (200 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup (100 g) shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups (450 g) ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup (15 g) chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
