Low Carb Tuna Salad with Dijon Mustard
Introduction
If there’s one staple you can always find in my pantry, it’s a can of tuna. It’s perfect for quick, healthy lunches on hectic days when cooking feels impossible. This Low Carb Tuna Salad with Dijon Mustard is my latest obsession—creamy, zesty, and packed with flavor. The Dijon mustard adds a bold tang that elevates the simple ingredients into something truly satisfying. Serve it in lettuce wraps, on a salad, or scooped with celery sticks for a crunchy snack. It’s low-carb, versatile, and ridiculously easy to make.
