• 1 cup (240 ml) chicken broth
• 1 teaspoon dried thyme
• 1 teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• 2 tablespoons (15 g) cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons (30 ml) water (optional, for thicker gravy)
